We’re delighted to welcome to The Vale the incredible N’famady Kouyaté.
N’famady Kouyaté is a young master musician from Guinea (Conakry), now based in Cardiff, Wales, UK. N’famady’s primary instrument is the balafon – a traditional wooden xylophone, sacred to West African culture and his family heritage of the griot. N’famady will be honouring our stage with his full band line up sharing a fusion of Mandingue African and western European jazz, pop, indie and funk provided by an ever-evolving collective of acclaimed guest musicians. Mossley is in for a real treat.
N’famady’s performances create amazing atmospheres and vibrations wherever he goes, and audiences are charmed by his infectious enthusiasm and joy.
